Yosha Lawrence is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director with over
27 years of leadership experience and more than 11 years of behavioral health experience. After retiring from the United States Army Reserve, she transitioned her passion for leadership and helping others into the field of applied behavior analysis. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting staff development, parent collaboration, and individualized treatment for children and families. Her military background continues to influence her strong commitment to integrity, teamwork, and service within the clinic and community.

Stacey Guillory, BCBA, LBA

 

Stacy Guillory is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 9 years of experience in the behavioral health field and a 2022 graduate of McNeese State University with a degree in Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about helping clients grow, gain confidence, and celebrate meaningful progress every step of the way. She specializes in creating individualized ABA programs, supporting behavior reduction and skill development, training caregivers and staff, and helping clients build communication, social, adaptive, and independence skills in ways that are both effective and engaging. She brings creativity, compassion, and positive energy into her work while helping families and clients reach their goals.

Shelby Guillory, BCBA, LBA

Shelby Guillory is a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a strong educational and clinical background in Applied Behavior Analysis. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a Concentration in Behavioral Sciences from McNeese State University in 2020, followed by her Master’s Degree in Psychology with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2024. Since entering the field of ABA in June 2020, Shelby has gained extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Asperger’s Syndrome across clinical, in-home, and community-based settings. She has provided services to individuals ranging from early childhood through adulthood, with a professional focus on supporting individuals diagnosed with ASD through individualized, evidence-based interventions designed to promote meaningful growth, independence, and quality of life. As a BCBA, Shelby provides services including behavioral assessments, individualized treatment planning, skill acquisition programming, behavior reduction interventions, parent and caregiver training, social and communication skill development, and collaboration with families and other professionals to support progress across environments.

Danielle Rainwater is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for helping individuals develop meaningful skills and achieve greater independence through evidence-based behavioral interventions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Louisiana State University before pursuing her graduate studies at McNeese State University, where she obtained her Master of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Danielle is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care that helps clients build functional skills and improve daily living outcomes. Her professional interests include skill acquisition, behavior reduction, caregiver training, and increasing independence across home, school, and community settings. She strives to make learning engaging, practical, and empowering for both clients and their families.
